How to care for your silky hair accessory:

Silk is a delicate material that needs to be hand washed with a light detergent or put through a delicate cycle. Do not put in the dryer. Air dry for best results.

Return Policy:

All sales final. Exchanges will be on a case by case basis. No refunds. Store credit will be issued within 14 days of purchase if an exchange is granted.

If you receive a damaged/defected product, please email hello@summerbuns.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. If approved, a refund will be issued. 

Due to the nature of our product, worn items cannot be returned. 

We reserve the right to decline any return request based on our discretion. 

We want to make sure all of our customers are happy so please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions!

Discounts:

One discount per customer per order.

Shipping:

Orders place by 12pm PST will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST will be shipped out the next day. Some exceptions may apply.

When using the free shipping codes, the cheapest option of shipping will be selected for the customer. If you need your order by a certain date, please do not use free shipping. To verify your product will be received in time, please add the date you need the product by in the notes section and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Orders not received in time will not be accepted for a refund. We do our best to ship out in a timely manner, but unforeseen circumstances from the carrier may arise & that is beyond our control.
